Location near Blackpool B&Bs, the tower and shops one way and the pleasure beach the other way, and the town / tower / coral island. Very very good experience and very amiable and hospitable staff.

Enjoyed a warm welcome from Gary, Alice, and their son, Wilson, upon arrival. Room stayed clean and spacious with nice tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast served daily was excellent, with plenty of options for both kids and adults. The bar area felt homely, with a pool table and Xbox that kept my children entertained. Gary offered helpful local tips on attractions. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, perfect for our family stay. Parking proved challenging during peak times, which could be a hassle for families with multiple vehicles.

What a gem! The breakfast was a feast fit for a king, seriously one of the best around. The downstairs bar was a cozy spot for grabbing a pint after a long day of adventures, and-get this-Gary whipped up a brekky I struggled to finish! C Fresh Fish and Chips just a stone's throw away, too. Can't wait to gobble some more local delights next visit!
Now, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows-leaving was a real letdown! But honestly, that just means we had a smashing time and can't wait to get back.

Excellent tea and coffee facilities, spacious bar area, clean and tidy bathrooms
Room size could feel cramped for some guests!!! Parking availability was limited!!! The decor could use a refresh to match modern standards, as some areas felt dated!!!

Oh, where do i start? Parking was a disaster, and woudl ve been lovely if someone had actually bothered to assist us. The breakfast was excellent, purely to mask the lack of any facilities. I expected a complimentary welcome gift for my troubles but got nothing. I almost wrote a glowing review, but nope, just couldn't.
